There are no tax levy and services in the field of culture and art, as well as services for passengers. Sales of educational, scientific literature books, periodicals and does not fall under the tax.
The Ministry of Finance estimated that the introduction of such a tax already in 2015, will bring to regional budgets 195 billion rubles, in 2016 – 211 billion , in 2017 – 230 billion rubles.
