Employee of management of own safety of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia Yury Timchenko detained in St.-Petersburg on suspicion in extortion of 100 million rubles and receiving a bribe in 50 million to over promise to close the criminal case on tax evasion, said the Investigative Committee of Russia.
