Energy agreed to the proposed Ministry of Finance added tax revenue (NDM), not only for the old, but also for new oil fields, according to RNS.

NDM should replace export duty and partly on the mineral extraction tax (MET). In this case load will depend not on production but on income. In the Energy Ministry were against NDM in new fields with benefits. According to the agency projects would be deprived of benefits, and the load would be increased.
