The government has proposed a new platform for the placement of state orders – RBC

Ministry of Economic Development has prepared a draft, which proposes to appoint a Russian auction house (RAD) operator of an electronic platform for the placement of state orders. About this newspaper “Vedomosti”, with reference to the draft order of the government.

The representative of the Federal Antimonopoly Service said that the draft order has been received service and is now under consideration.

In May RAD He asked the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to make it to the list of electronic trading platforms, where orders can be placed state. As a result, the government instructed the Ministry of Economic Development unit to study the matter.

One of the public customers noted that the list of sites can be made only just started, participants or those who will be required to go to the state contract, such as the state unitary enterprises and MUPy.

discussed the idea of ​​transition to universal trading platform, which would combine the functions of procurement and sale of state property. However, the State Duma has not had time to pass the bill on universal trading floors before the end of the spring session. In this part of the idea it was embodied in the winter of the same year. Then the government approved a list of operators of sites for e-privatization, which became a specialist in the sale of state property – RAD, and five operators of public procurement.
