The price of Brent crude oil in the evening on November 13 fell below $ 78 a barrel. As of 22:50 MSK quotes decreased by 3.27% – up to $ 77.83. Earlier in the afternoon the price of Brent crude oil fell to $ 78.86 a barrel, having fallen below a four-year low. The decline occurred against the background of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, of which she has no plans to reduce oil production.
