Weekly inflation in Russia for several months fluctuated between 0.1-0.2%, for the first time since August last year slowed down to zero, the message says Federal State statistics service.

Zero inflation helped the fall in prices of some food products, including eggs (cheaper by 3%), pork , salt, flour, rice, and wheat (price declines ranged from 0.2 to 0.5%). In addition, fruits and vegetables prices have fallen an average of 1%, with fresh cucumbers fell just 9.6%, and cabbage – on 6,2%
