To prepare the licensing of funeral services – CIA

How “Kommersant”, the Ministry of Construction has completed a two-year preparation of the new federal law regulating the market of ritual services. The authorities expect to rid the industry of “gray agents” who buy information about deaths in hospitals and law enforcement agencies and sell funeral services of three times more expensive than it’s worth in government agencies, such as GBU “ritual” in Moscow.

Andrei Chibis said that the issue of the re-use of existing ground cemeteries are not removed from the agenda. According to him, it is planned to continue the discussion on re-use of the earth cemetery with experts and formulate the relevant chapter for the second reading of the bill.
