Uzbekistan launched military equipment on the border with Kyrgyzstan – Kommersant St. Petersburg

Kyrgyz authorities have said that Uzbekistan has unilaterally suspended the entry to at least two checkpoints on the border between the two countries, reports “Rosbalt”. Uzbek authorities on the disputed section of the border near the Ala-Buka placed dozens of soldiers and two armored personnel carriers. In response, the Kyrgyz authorities have suspended the entry for citizens of Uzbekistan on three checkpoints along the border, and began negotiations with the Uzbek border.
