MOSCOW, April 24 – RIA Novosti / Prime. Rosalkogolregulirovanie (PAP) has agreed to postpone for a year to connect producers of beer, beer beverages, cider, mead and Poiret to the Unified State Automated Information System (EGAIS) wrote in a Friday newspaper “Kommersant”.
This edition writes with reference to the revised second reading in the State Duma a draft Government amendments to the law “On state regulation of production and turnover of alcohol products”.
The exceptions are the enterprises producing these drinks in the amount of not more than 300 thousand gave a year. According to a source publication, these changes were proposed by the PAP.
On the need to postpone the introduction of EGAIS for their enterprises insisted brewers. In December 2014 at a specially convened press conference, they predicted the collapse of the industry from 1 July.
The market participants concerned that this date will not be equipped with all the necessary equipment breweries and fine-tune its smooth operation. In March, PAP reported that none of the enterprises of the brewing industry while not connected to the EGAIS, while emphasizing that the system operates smoothly.
Now EGAIS captures only data produced distilled spirits and wine. The proposed amendments establish PAP as the obligation to fix the system data on the turnover of all alcoholic beverages: November 1, 2015, in the wholesale sector, from 1 July 2016 – retail (for rural settlements from 1 July 2017). For beer and other fermented beverages, in accordance with the new edition of the document, the term of mandatory accounting EGAIS their turnover now also moved to July 1 next year.
