American entrepreneur and industrialist Soviet origin Leonard Blavatnik became the richest man in the UK in 2015. According to the newspaper The Sunday Times, his fortune is estimated at about £ 13,17 bn (USD 19.91 billion).

Businessman emigrated from the USSR to the United States in 1978. Mr. Blavatnik is the founder of Access Industries, which invests in various types of industry. He also holds the record company Warner Music.

The second place ranking went to the brothers Hinduyya third – Weston family. Russian businessman Alisher Usmanov, with a fortune of £ 9,8 млрд took fourth place ranking. The state of Roman Abramovich, received the tenth place, is estimated at £ 7,29 млрд.
