Oil production in Russia for six months increased by 2.1% – RBC

Oil production in Russia grew by 2.1% in the first six months of 2016, up to 269.876 million tons. It is reported by “Interfax” with reference to the materials of the Central Energy Dispatching control.

In June production production in the country amounted to 44.377 million tons, which is 1.1% more than was reported at the JSC “NOVATEK” for the same period in 2015.

The greatest growth of oil production in Russia in January-June 2016, which increased production by 52.7% to 6.336 million tonnes.

From the oil companies showed the greatest increase in “Bashneft”, which increased production by 9.8% to 10.308 million tons. oil production also increased “Tatneft” (by 4.9% to 13.907 million tonnes), “Gazprom Neft” (by 4.3% to 27.734 million tonnes), “Independent oil company” (NOC) (1.3% to 1.153 million tons) and “Surgutneftegaz” (by 0.2% to 30.580 million tonnes).

LUKOIL reduced oil production by 3.3% to 41.567 million tonnes. production of “Rosneft” in the first six months of 2016 the year decreased by 0.2% to 99.219 million tonnes. Production of “Russneft” decreased by 10.9% to 3.367 million tonnes.
