Rosstat: Weekly inflation in Russia amounted to 0.1% – Rosbalt.RU

 From 19 to 25 July, consumer prices rose by 0.1% in Russia. This was reported by Rosstat.

 The rise in prices since the beginning of the month was 0.6%. Inflation accelerated in annual terms, and July 25, was approximately 7.2%. Following July Ministry of Economic Development expects inflation in 7,2-7,4%.

 Over the past week increased the price of sugar (1.1%), buckwheat (0.9%), chicken (0.4%), apples (0.4%), as well as butter, bread, flour, candy – 2 %. Cheaper cucumbers (6%), tomatoes (4.8%), carrots (3.1%), potato (2.2%) and lamb, pork, cheese, salt and millet are cheaper to 0,1-0, 2%.

 Prices for gasoline increased by 0.1%, diesel fuel – has not changed

 In addition, utilities rose (0.2-1%), including tariffs for cold water (1%), hot water (0.9%), the water removal (0.8%), heating (0 , 6%) and electricity (0.2%). Fee for housing in the houses of the state and municipal housing stock increased by 0,5%.
