According to the publication, the IKEA in talks with the structures of the owners of JSC “Kiev area” holding in Moscow, in particular, the shopping center “European” and the hotel “Ukraine”, the Year Nisanova and Zarah Iliev. One source close to the businessmen, heard that IKEA is considering under its mall one of the “Kiev area” belonging to the owners of plots on lavender Boulevard, which until 2009 was part of the Cherkizovsky market. The newspaper reminds that the Cherkizovsky market before closing in 2009 at the initiative of the federal government held in the north-east of Moscow area of ​​72 hectares, most of which are in operational management of the Russian State University of physical culture, sports and tourism.
